This enrollment form is the introduction form between the designer and RipStar. As a participant you agree to promote the event which costs $10 or lower at the door for entrance.

- Runway Fashion Event is 28-42 minutes long. Each designer (4-6) gets 7 minutes each depending on the total number of models and the director’s discretion.
- Runway shows will cost $50 per designer as a reservation/ promotions/ directors fee. Every designer will provide their own models, hair, and make up service. RipStar will have one model per designer free of charge. Models available on a first come first served basis that may be reserved. View models at http://www.ripstar.cfsites.org/ link # 41.

Non-appearance will cost an artist their reservation, or booth fees, which are not refundable. Non-appearance means the artist did not cancel 6 weeks prior to the show date or successfully refer a replacement accepted by RipStar, the promoter.
- All participants must be confirmed with payments made in full one to six weeks prior to the event. RipStar is not responsible for theft, bodily injury, or damages of any kind. You join the event at your own risk and attest that you hold any models and support staff under separate verbal or written agreements which clarifies this fact. All models must be 18+ or under a contract copied to the event producer in advance which reflects parental consent. You agree to hold the promoter and the venue harmless in connection to the promotions and live event. _________ (please initial here)
- Designers that hire photographers will provide RipStar digital prints or prints where digital prints are not available. Releases must be obtained from RipStar if your photgrapher shoots our models.
- Models must appear ready for the photoshoot by 5 P.M. All clothing and items used in the runway must be at the venue by 5 P.M. the day of the event.
